The company application has been received, money laundering checks have been completed successfully and the order has been reviewed. The application has been submitted to Companies House and validated.

Typically, the new company will be incorporated within 24 hours, dependant on Companies House workload (Companies House working hours at 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). We will be in contact via email as soon as the company has been formed.
