The company application has been received, money laundering checks have been completed successfully and the order has been reviewed. The application is in the process of being submitted to Companies House.

Typically, the new company will be incorporated within 24 hours, dependant on Companies House workload (Companies House working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). We will be in contact via email as soon as the company has been formed.
