Once your refund request has been confirmed by our Refund Team, it will take between 3 to 5 working days for you to receive this refunded money back into the account you made your payment from. This timescale is outside our control and is due to your card issuer’s payment processes.

Some banks may take slightly longer to process transactions. If you have not received your refund after this time, please let us know, as we can ensure your refund has been accepted by your bank.
