To add a payment to your account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your online portal using your username and password
- Navigate to 'Card Management' on your Customer Dashboard
- Check the payment card on your account is showing correctly (if it is not correct, then you should proceed to set up a new payment card)
- Locate the blue menu at the top of the portal, and proceed to select 'Finances' followed by 'Payment on Account'
- Type the amount you wish to add and click 'Add Funds'
- Select the payment card you wish to make the payment from and select 'Pay Securely'
