This service allows you to issue any share class that is currently mentioned in your company's Articles of Association. If you have established your company through our services or directly with Companies House, and have used the standard set of articles that allows for an ordinary share class, we can issue additional ordinary shares.

On the other hand, if your articles already permit multiple share classes, we can issue shares to accommodate this as well.

Please note: If you have the standard articles allowing for ordinary shares, you cannot use this service to issue a different class of shares.
