In the majority of cases, UK residents will successfully pass our standard identification checks, allowing us to submit your application directly to Companies House for formation.

If you are not a resident of the UK, or you have not passed our standard checks, we require you to provide ID and proof of address. It is crucial that you complete both steps (ID and address proof) as soon as possible, to prevent any delays in processing your application.

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee same-day formation as this depends on the current workload of Companies House, and can take up to 24 hours.

However, if it is important for you to have the company formed on the same day, you have the option to include our Guaranteed Same-Day Service for a fee of £39.99 +VAT, provided that all ID checks are completed by 3pm.
