The price of our company formation packages includes all services for the initial 12-month period.

After the first year, certain services will be subject to individual renewal fees, such as address services and the Confirmation Statement filing service.

Below are the costs associated with mail forwarding:

• Registered Office (government mail) - scanned and emailed at no additional cost 
• Service Address (government mail) - scanned and emailed at no additional cost
• Business Address (general business mail) - scanned and emailed at 50p per item or posted and charged at Royal Mail postage rates + a 15% handling fee.
