Proof of address is a document that serves to verify your place of residence, specifically your current address.

In most instances*, we can accept any of the following documents dated from the last 3 months:

• Bank statement
• Gas, Water, Electricity Bill
• Mortgage statement
• Landline Telephone Bill
• TV licence

You should have received a form from our ID Team via email, which allows you to attach your proof of address document for review. Upon receipt of all the necessary documentation, we will be able to proceed with your order.

*For residents of Morocco, we are no longer able to accept bank statements or utility bills. This is due to the increasing occurrence of fraudulent versions of documents being supplied. Following updated AML requirements, the only document we are now able to accept as proof of address is:

• A certificate of residence, issued by your local Mairie.

This must be dated from the last 3 months.
