A Person with Significant Control (PSC) refers to an individual who holds a level of authority or influence over an incorporated entity.
An individual automatically qualifies as a PSC if they possess more than 25% (i.e. 26% or more) of shares in a company. Alternatively, a person with less than 26% of shares, or even no shares at all, can be appointed as a PSC under the condition that they have 'Other Significant Influence or Control' in the company.
