Limited by Shares: A Limited by Shares company requires a minimum of 1 person. This person can hold all necessary positions of the Director, Shareholder, and Person of Significant Control (PSC). There is no maximum.
Limited by Guarantee: A Limited by Guarantee company requires a minimum of 1 person. This person can hold all necessary positions of the Director, Guarantor, and Person of Significant Control (PSC). There is no maximum.
Limited Liability Partnership (LLP): An LLP requires a minimum of 2 people to fulfill the positions of Directors, Members, and Persons of Significant Control (PSC). You must have at least 2 Designated Members.
Public Limited Company (PLC): A PLC requires a minimum of 2 Directors. A PLC also requires 1 Shareholder, 1 PSC (they can be the same person or corporate entity as the shareholder), and 1 appointed Company Secretary (who must be qualified).
