Our Mail Team operates six days a week (Monday to Saturday), and ensures that all incoming mail is processed within one working day of its arrival at our offices. Therefore, if you have not received an email notification confirming the arrival of your mail, it is highly likely that it has not yet been received by our team.
If you have not received an item of mail that you expected to have arrived by now, we suggest requesting the sender to resend it, or provide a tracking number for further assistance in locating it.
