Yes, it is possible to obtain details of a missed call if you are subscribed to our standard Business Telephone Number Service. To request information about the caller, please call our sister company Bizik on 020 3917 7444, or send them a live chat message on their website: www.bizik.co.uk
They will then generate a report to retrieve the original caller ID.
If you have subscribed to Bizik's Telephone Answering Service and are unable to answer a call, we will provide you with a comprehensive report containing the following information about the caller:
- Caller's name
- Caller's contact number
- Company they are calling from (if applicable)
- Person/department they requested to speak to (if applicable)
- The message taken by your dedicated Receptionist
