The Full Company Secretary Service can be purchased for all Limited by Shares companies.

If you have a company that is limited by guarantee, you are also eligible to use this service. In such cases, we will handle Guarantor appointments/resignations instead of the share transfers that are typically provided for Limited by Shares companies.

The following company types cannot use this service:

• Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
• Public Limited Company (PLC)
