1. After purchasing the service, your new designated account manager will contact you via email to introduce themselves and provide you with their direct contact details. You can initiate a request through phone, live chat, or email, by contacting your account manager directly, or by sending an email to the general inbox: cosec@rapidformations.co.uk.
2. Depending on the nature of the request, your account manager may ask you to provide additional information, require you to sign an online form, or request confirmation once you have printed and signed any necessary board resolutions provided by them.
3. You (and any relevant parties) may be required to submit your ID and proof of address, if you have not provided this previously.
4. Your account manager will notify you once the documents have been submitted to Companies House, and will provide you with the relevant timescales.
