Yes! If you are looking for your company to have multiple share classes (e.g. ABC shares), you are likely to need to adopt new articles of association to allow for this. We can also re-designate existing shares, issue new shares, and/or transfer shares if you need.

Tier 2 - Adoption of Multiple Share Class articles and 1) re-designation of existing shares, or 2) issue of new shares in the new share class - £199.99 +VAT

Tier 3 - Adoption of Multiple Share Class articles, re-designation of existing shares and transfer of existing shares - £249.99 +VAT 

Tier 4 - Adoption of Multiple Share Class articles, re-designation of existing shares and issue of new shares - £259.99 +VAT

With any structural changes to your company, it is strongly recommended to file a Confirmation Statement to update Companies House of this. We can provide a discounted Confirmation Statement filing service for just £45.99 +VAT, to ensure your updates are reflected correctly on Companies House.

What are the timelines for set up?

Our team will usually contact you by email, and work will be completed within 3-5 working days provided all information is received, and depending on the filings required. Keep in mind that Companies House may take a further 2 to 3 weeks to display any changes on the public register. You will be provided with more information regarding timescales in due course.

ID Checks

As we are regulated by the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Regulations 2019, London Local Authorities Act 2007, and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, we may be required to verify the ID and address of customers and certain shareholders before activating services.
