Every limited company or LLP in the UK must file a confirmation statement at Companies House on an annual basis. The confirmation statement provides Companies House with up-to-date information on a company’s registered office address, officers, SIC codes, share capital, shareholders and People with Significant Control (PSCs). Failure to file this statement will result in the company being closed down, and this must be filed regardless of whether your company is actively trading or dormant.

After you have purchased our Confirmation Statement Service, you will be sent an email from our Confirmation Statements Team. This email will contain a ‘Get Started’ or 'File Now' button. Please click this button and complete the questionnaire.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/junk folder, as it may sometimes appear there.

Once the questionnaire has been completed and submitted back to us, we will be able to undertake the filing based on your responses.
